So I have tried the experiment as listed above. On one night when wearing the pants the right way around but lying on my front, there was lots of leakage. On another night with them back to front and again on my front, plenty of absorption although still a small bit of leakage due to how they are designed to fit.
I guess that as we all have different sleeping patterns then it may be worth trying different things to see what works best for you. I also get it that as a man I can't expect pants designed for a woman to work that well for me, and yet these are the best that I have ever had. I may go back to men's pants just to compare them, but I'm pretty sure that I will be sticking with these.

Used all 8 pants out of the free pack and have purchased another 2 packs after finding them absolutely brilliant. Feeling so dry, clean, odour free and like I said before more confident in my daily life. Not now checking where the nearest toilets are when out and about and also I am getting a good night's sleep for once.

I have seen my friends that I have given the packs of pants to, and it's like talking to totally different people. Brian and Chris just seem to have more confidence, whilst John doesn't smell any more. And also he was smiling. I haven't seen that in him for a long time. Chris has passed on the remaining 2 packs and so far all 5 of my friends are happy.

Have been great for my Mum So comfortable and she feels secure. Have given coupons to sister and a few Line Dancing crew but all have said the products have not been stocked in Boots shops They can not be redeemed on line So they have not been able to try them. But Mum is very happy she does no want me to have any back for myself to try. They are a winner.

Hi I filled in the survey and said that I redeemed coupon in Motherwell boots but my sister said they did not have the pants in stock and did not get the pants. Please amend my comments to reflect my experience.

I don't feel safe wearing always discreet they give me no confidence at aĺ when I wore them I'm disabled and Wear incontinence pant at bed time on wearing these I found they don't hold a lot of leakage after struggling to get out of bed and going to bathroom the pants felt bulky by the time I got to the loo and they leaked I also feel they need to be bigger length wise as I found they went under my tummy fat and were uncomfortable very uncomfortable I suffer from unexplained slits in my groin and when they bad they bleed I found the elastic round the pants irritated my legs and caused more slits and bleeding o don't feel they are for me so the coupons I have I'm going to ask my FB friends if anyone would like a voucher and let them try them I'm sorry I couldn't give a more positive outlook on these pants but they just not suitable for my needs sorry.

I've been using these for a while now and wouldn't use anything else. Sadly the sizing is a bit baggy around the bum but it does not deter me using them.

I saw my friends at the weekend. They have used up all of their free pants, and are now buying them as well. Some of them have also started giving their pants out to other friends and family members and so the word is kind of spreading

I have loved being part of this always descreet maximum protection team they are better than they look I thought they was not going to fit me but the did and I have had no accidents while being outside so it has made me feel more confident about not wetting myself but at night time wearing them was a bit different I leak more at night and I got wet my clothes and bedding was wet so that was disappointing for me.

I tried these but sadly they caused a rash and was so itchy I couldn't use them.
