Viakal limescale remover: Highlights from our nine project weeks.

The nine weeks of our Viakal limescale remover project are up!

Over the last 9 weeks we’ve been astounded by the number of conversation reports, research sheets and photos that we have received, and have been amazed at the 2,500+ comments on our project blog! So, our final blogpost takes a look back at the highlights of our nine-week project, in which we’ve:

Posted… loads of online reviews.
Whether on the Tried & Tested page on supersavvyme.co.uk, on one of the many product review platforms, or even your personal blogs, the reviews are there for all to see!

Snapped… away with our cameras to produce more than 1,100 photos for our Viakal photo gallery. The Viakal team love seeing their product used in everyday life and in different situations, so a huge pat on the back to everybody who sent in a photo!

Amazed… our contact at Viakal.
Not just Cleo but the whole Viakal team was thrilled to be a part of our project and to see and read all of the fantastic feedback that came in over the 9 weeks. On their behalf, thank you for the hard work!

And last but not least…
I’d like to say a massive thank you to everybody on the project team and everybody who contributed to making this project such a success, regardless of whether you were able to demonstrate the new range to masses of people or simply joined in with the discussion on our blog here. It’s been great fun, and I am already looking forward to our next project together.

I am sure you’ll agree that it has been an exciting nine weeks!

Your Savvy Circle member joni

PS: Although our project is set to end we have a short period of time left to gather our final market research sheets and write any final conversation reports.

We’d love to hear your final thoughts on the product and what others have said in the last few days, so don’t leave it too late – send in your conversation reports and research sheets now!

The Viakal final survey will be online tomorrow.

The Viakal final survey will be online tomorrow (04/05/2012), and will run for two weeks – have a look on your Savvy Circle profile page tomorrow and fill it out!

We’ve been testing the Viakal limescale remover for nine weeks now, so should all be verging on experts in the subject of limescale removal. Although this is the last few days of our project you will still be able to submit your feedback via the usual methods (conversation reports & market research sheets) for a couple more weeks to come.

The final survey is by far the most important feedback method that is available to us during the entire project. Not only are we able to give our overall impression of the limescale remover but we can show the Viakal team just how far and to whom we have ‘spread the word’ to about the Viakal limescale remover. So if you’ve yet to fully embrace our Viakal project then it is never too late, just be sure to spend a few minutes filling out our final survey tomorrow.

As project members we have the unique opportunity to give our valuable feedback. Obviously, the more people who participate in this final survey, the more useful it will be to Cleo and everyone at Viakal. Let’s all fill out the survey and do our part to make this project a success. It goes without saying that your chances of being picked again would increase a lot by showing a willingness to join in on our project, so help us make our results even better!

Update from our contact at Viakal.

Here in the Viakal team we have been delighted at the response to the Viakal limescale remover. It’s been great to see all of your photos and comments here on the blog… we can’t wait to see how you get on in the final week of the project!

Cleo from the Viakal team.

I’ve heard there have been many great word-of-mouth actions during this project so far! I’m really pleased with how things have been turning out. I’ll certainly be keeping a vigilant eye on the blog for the remainder of the project, and I hope you to do the same.

The final survey will be starting this week, and as you are in a unique position to influence the Viakal brand and our products, I and the rest of the team would really appreciate you taking a minute or two to complete the survey and give us your honest feedback. This project is a rare opportunity for you to tell us exactly what you think of Viakal; be sure and let us know!

It’s been fabulous to hear everyone’s personal tales of spreading the word about Viakal. Please do remember to get your final conversation reports in, as it’s been a pleasure to read them.

Thanks for all your hard work. I can’t wait to find out what the last week of the project will bring!

Bye for now!

Cleo

Our Viakal project will be extended by a week.

We’ve been absolutely overwhelmed by the project team’s response to our Savvy Circle project for Viakal. Thanks for your fantastic work so far!

Your feedback has been passed on to Viakal on a weekly basis and the team there is delighted with all of the conversation reports, blog comments, market research sheets and photos that have been sent in.

As a result it has been decided to extend our eight week project by a further week, meaning we now have until 04 May to keep sending in feedback and spreading the word so that we can continue delighting the Viakal team in our joint Savvy Circle project!

Keep your conversation reports coming in, and remember to check the blog on a daily basis to join in with the various topics we’ll be discussing.

Sharing video reviews for Viakal limescale remover.

Now that many of us have already written reviews for Viakal online, it’s time to crank up our reviewing skills and go one step further to post an online video review!

In each and every Savvy Circle project we do together, we are consistently impressed at the amount of ‘Savvy’ shoppers we come across. Not only are we all committed to trying out a new product and giving our honest opinions, we also do our best to help and advise each other via the project blogs and online written reviews.

Click on the image above to send in the URL of your review video via a conversation report.

Here on the Savvy Circle, a large number of us go online to investigate a product before we part with our hard-earned cash. While written reviews are a fantastic way to research general opinion of a product, some of us also want to see the product in action before we buy. This is where video reviews are incredibly helpful – so let’s help other people decide what to buy by posting our very own video reviews for Viakal limescale remover.

Sending us a video review is easy:

• Set up your cameraphone or camcorder and film yourself trying out Viakal at home (or get a friend or family member to film you), make sure to include your own opinions!
• Upload the video to a hosting site such as Youtube, Dailymotion or Vimeo
• Send us the link via a conversation report

@all – Let’s get working on our video reviews! How many of you already go online to check out a video review of a product before you buy?

Online reviews for Viakal.

We are now in the penultimate week of our Viakal project, and by now we’re all pretty much experts on this great new product. That makes us highly qualified to review it online!

When we write online reviews, we’re using our experiences to help others. Our valuable feedback can help persuade people we don’t even know to give Viakal a try; with our help, they’ll learn how much easier cleaning can be.

Click above to leave a review on Tried & Tested.

One of the best ways to tell others about your Viakal experience – including people who are yet to visit the Savvy Circle – is by writing a review on Tried & Tested, the product review section on supersavvyme. On Tried & Tested you can read what other people think, then add your own report too. It’s a fabulous way to rate and rank similar products against each other.

Click above to leave a review on Amazon.

Of course, Tried & Tested isn’t the only review platform on the Internet! It’s also easy and helpful to review Viakal in other places like forums, Amazon, Ciao, and Dooyoo.co.uk.

Viakal before and after.

Many Savvy Circle members have been finding that Viakal’s shiny results can be fabulously photographed.

Savvy Circle member GraceT showing us her results.

We’re amazed at how camera-happy everyone on this project has been! This will shortly be the largest number of snapshots we’ve received for a project to date. Like Savvy Circle member GraceT, who sent in before-and-after-Viakal photographs of her kitchen sink (above), it seems many of us couldn’t resist taking pics and sending them in attached to a conversation report!

Pretty amazing, isn’t it? Last but not least, an example from Savvy Circle member Sheney, who took it upon herself to demonstrate Viakal not only on her own taps but on her neighbour Rosie’s!

Great work by Savvy Circle member Sheney.

Keep up the fabulous work! We can’t wait to see even more photos and read even more excellent conversation reports: click any of the photos above to write a report.

@all – Do you have any before and after snaps to share with us? If so why not take two minutes to upload them to the project blog for everyone to see!

Our guest blogger #1: Savvy Circle member ruby-rex.

Taking a quick glance at some particularly active members of the project, it occurred to us that having some of our fellow Savvy Circle members take the stage on our blog would make a fantastic new feature on our Viakal project.

Dear fellow Savvy Circle members,

To date this is my third Savvy Circle project so I feel quite initiated now! I really do enjoy trying out the products and involving friends, family, colleagues and acquaintances. It encourages me to have more social time that I normally probably wouldn’t get round to.

The latest Viakal project has been really interesting, as the water in my area is really hard (top end of the scale). Everyone that I know suffers badly from the dreaded limescale and those nasty looking watermarks.  Hearing about a product that attacks this problem and leaves behind a clean shiny surface really got their attention. That, and the fact that they all want to say that they have harder water than their friends, means that the water testing strips have been going down a treat. It’s funny how in just a distance of 7 miles the hardness of the water can change.

I recently handed a gift voucher for a Viakal cleaning session to my neighbour who was over the moon at the fact that someone was actually volunteering to combat her heavily limescaled bathroom!

This all came about from my recent Viakal timed experiment on my tough watermarked shower screen. (pictured above) I really thought this would never shift – but I was elated to find the results from this had restored my shower screen to its former glory.

I basically made three test areas on the screen and waited for 5, 10 and 20 minutes to see what effect this had. The overall conclusion was that the longest time I needed to leave Viakal on the surface was 10 minutes before wiping clean to an amazing clean shiny surface.

The photos that I took at the time have proved to be very useful in demonstrating the effectiveness that Viakal has. Especially when talking to various people including my neighbour. In my case ‘pictures speak louder than words!’

Using mobile phone snaps to spread the word.

Some of us have hit upon a rather clever way of spreading the word: we’ve been showing family and friends before-and-after-Viakal photos we’ve taken with our mobile phone cameras.

We can’t exactly lug around our kitchens and show off the fabulous results… and while vouchers and personal Viakal demonstrations are excellent ways to tell our friends and family about this product, they aren’t always the right tool for the moment at hand.

Luckily, we’ve proven to be a tech-savvy group of people. More than a few Savvy Circle members have thought up a way of demonstrating Viakal’s results with the help of a mobile phone camera. I have been snapping before-and-after shots and showing them around, so why don’t you give it a go?

Even though you cannot upload photos to our photo gallery straight from your mobile device, you can transfer them to your computer via email or USB connection and then upload them via the following link:

http://circle.supersavvyme.co.uk/en/goto/submit-report-viakal

@all – Let’s hear it! What are your personal tricks and tips for telling family and friends about Viakal?
