How long the blades last depends on: • How tough and thick your hair is; • How well you rinse the razor; and • How often you use the razor. On average, women change their blades once a month.

If there is already a razor head on the razor, remove it by pressing the button on the back of the handle and pushing it up slightly. • Remove the covering on the refill package. • Line up the top of the handle with the raised plastic opening in the razor head. • Push the razor head in gently until you hear a click.

Tips and Warning: • Do not try to remove a razor head from the case by hand and do not press the button on the handle while loading a new razor head. The button is to release the razor head when you're ready to replace it with a new one.

Shaving doesn't affect hair’s growth or texture, and it doesn't make hair grow back darker.

When hair is growing back after shaving it may feel rougher and thicker as the cut ends are blunt and, as the hairs have been cut evenly, they all grow back at the same time.

If you leave your hair to grow back completely, it will feel soft and silky again.

How regularly you should change your blade depends on how thick your hair is and how often you shave.

As a general rule, you should change the blade at the first sign of dullness or discomfort. And if you can't remember when you last changed the blade, that probably means it's time for a new one.

Apply Olay products after putting your lenses in. Be sure your hands are clean. If you get Olay product on your lenses, remove them and clean them as usual.

You should apply the self-tanner after cleansing and using toner (if you use this), and usually before applying your moisturiser.

However, if you use Olay Total Effects, Regenerist, Definity or Professional, you should apply the self-tanner last. In this case, wait for your moisturizer to absorb into your skin before you apply the self-tanner.

Your skin should start to improve from the first time you use the product. Like any skincare product, to get the best results you should use the product every day.

If you stop using the product, it’s very likely that your skin will eventually return to the condition it was in before you started using the product.

For everyday, a moisturiser with SPF15 is sufficient. The most important thing is to make sure it has both UVA and UVB protection - all of Olay SPF15 and SPF30 moisturisers have broad-spectrum protection, giving you lots of choice.

However, if you intend to sunbathe or spend a lot of time outdoors, particularly if that involves energetic activities like running, playing sport or swimming, you'd benefit from using a specific sun protection that's water resistant.
