Hello and welcome to the Sweet Dreams Nappy Challenge! We’re so excited to have you join this journey where we’ll dive into better understanding our baby’s sleep. Over the next few weeks, we’ll be sharing information to help both you and your little one get the best results from this challenge.

What is the Sweet Dreams Nappy Challenge? 😴✨

Let’s face, baby’s sleep can be unpredictable. No sooner do you think you’ve cracked the formula for a great night’s sleep than your little one decides to pull an all-nighter! The goal of this challenge is to explore how we can support our babies’ sleep in a natural, gentle way. By observing how certain routines, environmental factors, and yes, even nappy choices, influence sleep, we can better understand what helps babies sleep more soundly.

Your Starter Kit 🎁

Your starter kit will arrive in two parts!

  1. First up, your Sleep Journal will be posted to you from Wednesday, 12th March onwards, so you can start recording your nighttime experiences with your usual nappy brand (not Pampers!) straight away.
  2. Then, in two weeks’ time, you’ll receive the second part of your kit - your Pampers Baby-Dry nappies - so you can continue tracking with them.

Your Sweet Dreams Nappy Challenge tasks ✅

  1. Weeks 1-2

    Start by using your usual nappy brand. Stick to your usual bedtime routine and fill in your journal if your little one wakes up due to a leaky nappy.

  2. Week 2

    After two weeks, share your insights by completing the first Project Survey. Then, switch to Pampers Baby-Dry nappies overnight (you‘ll receive one jumbo pack for this).

  3. Week 3-4

    Continue using Pampers Baby-Dry nappies during nighttime and track your experiences in your nightly journal.

  4. Week 4

    When the project wraps up, complete the second Project Survey to share your findings.
