It's absolutely sleek and high-tech! The bristles are so gentle on my teeth and gums, whilst also super effective at removing plaque and stains. The brush has different modes for different cleaning needs, and the built-in timer ensures I brush for the perfect amount of time. Plus, the handle is ergonomic and easy to grip. My teeth and mouth are feeling incredibly clean and refreshed! I can already tell my dentist is going to be impressed at my next appointment.

I received the Oral-B iO5 electric toothbrush. This is a high quality toothbrush that feels smooth and gentle while still delivering a satisfyingly deep clean each time i use it. The handle has a comfy grip and easy to keep clean, making it inviting for daily use. I like the pressure sensor and timer are genuinely helpful for improved brushing. The cleaning performance is excellent, easily matching higher-end brushes and the brush feels quieter and less aggressive than other models I've used. Overall, it’s a premium brush that feels great to use.

Absolutely love this toothbrush, I had one years ago and gave up with it but wow how technology has advanced.
It’s full of features and the brush head is so soft , love the different modes and the timer they are great features .

These Oral + B toothbrushes have everything that your looking for in a electric toothbrush the great technology the brush has built into it and 5 different brush Modes these brushes have and also built in timer which lets you know when you have reached the two minute mark it certainly ticks all the boxes for me regarding electric toothbrushes and the bonus for me when I finish cleaning my teeth is that my mouth feels lovely & refreshed and the toothbrush has a function when you turn it off you see a Smiling Face Brilliant 😊😊😊

My daughter absolutely loves this toothbrush and has made brushing her teeth a breeze. It was a struggle getting her teeth brushed but this oral b brush has saved this mama. She loves the elsa character on her brush. She says it doesn't hurt her gums.

I love this brush for my little girl and will recommend.

Absolutely loving my OralB io5 electric toothbrush. I have never used an electric toothbrush before so this is all new to me, but I cannot believe how much cleaner my teeth and gums feel after using this product. I will certainly not be returning to a manual toothbrush, I am truly converted to an electric toothbrush. So grateful to have been chosen to be a part of this project. Thank you

I've come to this as a previous use of Oral-B Genius brushes with cross action heads and am amazed at just how much better this cleans between my teeth. The iO heads have a fundamentally different brushing mechanism with micro-vibrations in addition to the traditional oscillations and in addition to better cleaning between one's teeth it is a much gentler and quieter experience.
The box comes with a toothbrush handle, an ultimate clean brush head, a charging travel case, a magnetic charging stand, a charging cable and a stand which can hold two brush heads.
The toothbrush and charger are elegant on the bathroom shelf and feel slick, with a good weight and balance in your hand.
There are 7 programmes, but I find myself mostly just using the Daily Clean and tongue programmes so it's convenient to be able to deprioritise the others. The Daily Clean programme is quiet with a pleasantly gentle massage of the gums, but it is extremely effective and I found it particularly efficient at cleaning the small spaces between my teeth leaving my mouth feeling really clean and the difference was noticeable when I flossed.
There is a lot of support for good cleaning habits. The brush stutters every 30 seconds so you give even coverage to your mouth and you can choose to connect the brush either to the charging stand or to the oral-b app whilst brushing. The charging stand has a clock which switches to a timer when the brush is in use and it has a circle of 6 lights representing the arch of your teeth which change colour when you have given sufficient coverage to that area of your mouth (The default is blue to white but you can change it). The app does something similar and stores your history. It is not completely accurate, but it is an incredible improvement on the genius brushes and is seamless enough that I'm inclined to use it.
The charging stand is neat and very fast with a full charge taking only 3 hours. I charged it to full when it arrived and 9 days later I still have 35% of the battery so the claim of 2 weeks battery life seems fairly accurate.
The stand for the heads is essential as you really need to be quite careful to clean the brush properly after use. The the top of the brush handle has a metal rod that vibrates the head, which necessarily has a gap around it which would rapidly get gunky and unpleasant if you kept the head on or didn't clean it carefully after use and the heads themselves are considerably more expensive than anything else currently on the market so they are worth looking after.
I found the app a little awkward to set up and it required a few restarts and resets before it would recognise the brush, but once established it works easily and connects reliably through bluetooth. The brush will store data and upload it at a later point if it's not connected when brushing and the history and patterns of what you are doing are interesting and informative.
The travel case is a bit plasticky and was tricky to open and close at first, but it seems to have eased up a bit. You also have a single power cable shared between the charging stand and travel case so need to be careful not to lose it. The connection is for a UK shaver point which will give more solid connections in the UK, but I do regret the loss of the Euro-plug compatible charging cable that came with the genius travel case.
Overall I've found this to be a major improvement over the Genius brush and well worth the extra cost of the replacement brush heads.

I had previously used an electric toothbrush however my partner hadn't so it's an experience for him. He was unsure on how much pressure to add to clean his teeth but the smart pressure feature help him as it highlighted with the colour change. He said straight away that his teeth felt smoother and cleaner with just one use. We both absolutely loved them as they were just the right size to hold especially my partner who has dexterity problems. It has a sleek, modern look and would certainly recommend it and will carry on using it

I have never been a fan of electric brushes be I didn’t feel they could do as good a job as I can with a normal brush however I might have been converted! It’s very slick and matched well my bathroom decor which I like and my teeth do actually feel cleaner for longer since using this.
I like the modes and find it does get in between my teeth well so overall I’m very happy the case could be a bit more attractive and if it could want up in the case it would like that too! Overall I give it a 8.5/10 😃

As a long-time user of Oral-B brushes, I was curious to see how the iO would compare; and I am genuinely impressed. The iO delivers a noticeably better clean between my teeth, thanks to its unique brushing mechanism. The combination of micro-vibrations with the traditional oscillating motion makes for a more thorough clean that is both gentler and quieter than previous models.

The set includes the toothbrush handle, an Ultimate Clean brush head, a travel charging case and a charging cable. The design is sleek and modern; the handle and charger look smart in the bathroom and feels well-balanced in hand.

There are seven brushing modes available, but I mainly use the Daily Clean option. The Daily Clean mode is gentle yet powerful, giving my gums a comfortable massage while effectively cleaning the small spaces between teeth. My mouth feels noticeably fresher after each use.

The iO also encourages good brushing habits. It briefly pauses every 30 seconds to remind you to move to a new section of your mouth; and it can connect to the Oral-B app for real-time feedback. The app offers similar guidance and keeps a brushing history.

Charging is fast and convenient. The metal rod at the top of the handle can collect build-up if not properly maintained; and since the replacement heads are quite expensive, taking care of them is worth the effort.

The app setup was quick and intuitive. The travel case is neat and practical, though it is worth noting that it does not store the charger. If you are in the UK, you will need a shaving adaptor plug.

Overall, the Oral-B iO is a major upgrade from my previous Oral-B Pro 1 600. It offers a superior clean, a more pleasant brushing experience, and useful smart features that genuinely enhance oral care.

We have been using Oral B Pro and Vitality electric brushes for years but I alternate brushing with a sonic toothbrush because it’s quiet and better with gum care but I always wished Oral B has a vibrating (like sonic) that also has the their unique oscillating technology . I didn’t know IO series toothbrush is the answer of that. What a great improvement! It cleans so well. The brush head goes through every teeth thoroughly and gums are massaged well keeping it stimulated and looking healthy. It’s very quiet and that’s the first thing I noticed. My husband’s brushing doesn’t wake me up anymore when he’s late in bed or getting up early for work. The brush head doesn’t produce a loud rattling sound compared to the standard OralB brush heads. Long battery life- a full charge last for days so far. The duo only comes with a single charger but works with our old chargers . The initial set-up is quick and easy to navigate options and settings with the 2 buttons. I like that it doesn’t turn off automatically after 2 minutes but just alerts you via pulse vibration so you can continue brushing and stop it whenever you like. You can also pause brushing. There’s an app you can download if you are seriously monitoring your cleaning habit . Perfect colour combo for a couple.

I received the Oral-B iO3 electric toothbrush. This is a high quality toothbrush that feels smooth and gentle while still delivering a satisfyingly deep clean everytime i use it. The handle has a comfy grip and simple to keep clean, making it inviting for daily use. I like the pressure sensor, however having no clear timer on the toothbrush can cause confusion regarding cleaning time especially when not concentrating fully. The cleaning performance is excellent, easily matching higher-end brushes and the brush feels quieter and less aggressive than other toothbrushes I've used. This toothbrush has helped my gum care and provides a better clean than manual toothbrushes in my opinion. Overall, it’s a quality brush that feels great to use and I will continue to use.

Received the frozen toothbrush for my little girl. Really nice toothbrush and design, think it gives a thorough clean and pleased with the sensitive mode as most electric toothbrushes are too strong for little ones but my daughter liked this. Was a shame to see only one head in the box.

this was the biggest blessing for me especcially as I desperately needed a new toothbrush and had no clue how pricey they could be — especially being recently unemployed. So, in true adult style, I asked for one as a Christmas present. When the opportunity to try the Oral-B iO6 came up, I jumped at the chance. I’d recently suffered a tooth infection that led to a broken tooth — a real shock after going my whole life with perfect teeth — so I knew it was time to upgrade my old (at least decade-old) brush as a preventative for future unaffordable dental problems.

I’ll be honest, I got lazy at uni with brushing my teeth, a habit I’ve unfortunately carried through to now, but the app makes it fun and keeps me on track. The pressure sensor is brilliant — it stops me pressing too hard and reassures me when I’m brushing correctly.

My boyfriend loves it too. He’s suffered long-term with gum disease and bleeding gums, and this toothbrush has really helped him — especially through logging his dental goals in the app to personalise his brushing routine. This was also a win for me, as his stubbornness when it came to me trying to help him with his gums was finally overcome by the advice and feedback from the Oral-B app and each use of the iO6.

It honestly couldn’t have come at a better time!

I’ve been trying this toothbrush (the iO3 model) for the past few weeks now and WOW! I am a current dental student who has always used a manual toothbrush, but now I see how electric has totally changed the game! My teeth feel so much cleaner and the timer feature and pressure sensor has really helped with allowing me to have consistent brushing. I would definitely recommend
