Wow what a surprise when I opened the door to find my parcel. Since I over looked the email telling me I was successful, it was an even sweeter surprise to discover my Flash speed mop.

I was really looking forward to my delivery. It has just turned up, delivery man was gone before we had opened the door. The box is absolutely soaking wet, ripped and damaged. Vouchers are all ŕuined, all the paperwork too. The wipe box is cracked and broken, so wipes have been leaking for some time. No way the delivery driver could have not noticed the state of this box. How very disappointing.

I received my Flash speed mop starter kit. I normally do the cleaning in the house but when my wife saw it, she tested it. It’s brilliant, love the fresh scent, it’s so convenient to use. Highly recommended.

Just recieved my delivery!, very easy and intuitive to assemble , just click the three pieces together, It is lightweight and easy to use, but seems quite sturdy. Used it right away, The mop pads are quite hard wearing and left the floor clean with a nice scent

Mine came today. And it's absolutely amazing. So easy to out together. It's light to push about. The wipes smell absolutely beautiful used it straight away.
Definitely would buy if I had of known sooner how good it was

Addition to my earlier comment about my package being wet and damaged
I presumed this was rain damage but now realise it is the wet cloth liquid from the plastic box that has leaked out , so wipes are drying out and unfit for purpose.
Luckily the mop itself has six cloths included in two fully sealed packages so still able to give this a trial , although not for as long as I expected.

I have uploaded a photo of mine to the blog which haven't yet been published .
My wet cloth box plastic box top arrived with a large slit in it , hence the leakage .
Not sure , but think maybe it should also have had a plastic lid which wasn't included.

Unfortunately mine was cancelled due to damaged and won't be redelivered, the email says to contact BLP northern Ltd. I ran after the delivery guy as I wanted to see the damaged, he had 3 others that were all soaking wer and boxes ripped open. They need to be shipped in sturdier boxes as amazon's own boxes are pretty thin these days. Im gutted I won't be receiving this, hopefully savvy circle can send us out more to all those who are now not receiving them.
