Had two delivery guys turn up and left without delivering the package. At the same time receive an email at the point that they turn up to say that they tried to deliver the package or it was undeliverable. On both occasions they were running late. One went to my neighbours without the package then returned to his van. Didn't do anything at the neighbours. The other just got out his van updated his device that it was undeliverable and then left. Both occasions I was at home. All caught on my ring camera. Meant to have another attempted delivery tomorrow. Will see if this attempt will be successful

I love this mop so much! it's already made my life so much easier, such a breeze to whip it out and give the floors a quick wipe. With 2 small children constantly in and out of the garden and a cat with muddy footprints, this has come in super handy! It leaves the floors smelling so fresh too!! I'll definitely be buying more refills when I run out.

Totally convinced.I usually use a steam mop. Oh my goodness this is so much faster. No waiting for the steam to get up to temperature. So quick and easy and added bonus ,it smells so clean and fresh.

I was lucky enough to be sent a free flash power mop kit, arrived promptly, the assembly was a piece of cake, just slot it together, attach the wipes and you're ready to go, the wipes are a good size with a lemon scent, the mop is light weight very maneuverable and will get into all the nooks an crannies, I was pleasantly surprised at how it really shined up the floor surface, leaving everything smelling fresh, 10/10 for me

Was looking forward to this one and was delighted to make the team. Sadly, like so many others , who I know are as disappointed as I am, my parcel was "undeliverable ". I get there could of been an issue with how the items packaged but I don't get how some got through and others didn't.

Arrived yesterday, lovely surprise as I didn’t get a notification I had been selected.

Didn’t know what to expect to be honest.

One thing I can say that it is a lot easier and quicker to use than a normal mop.
Seems more hygienic to.
You just change the sheets as you go and it takes two seconds.
The scent I had to try was citrus lemon which smelt so unbelievably fresh! I have googled you can also get different scents. This is something that I will continue to use.

I received my flash mop and tried it out right away. It was very easy to set up. Basically sloting together. And I love it its loads better than my usual brand. Its thicker and gentler on my hard flooring. And the wipes are sooo moist. Never seen wipes like it. Usually there dry. What a fantastic product

Had an email to say mine was undeliverable as was damaged in transit. They then turned up at my door with the parcel all bent and liquid leaking out of the box, was no way I was accepting the parcel or taking it into my house looking like that.

I let my pensioner mum try the mop and she really liked it as it wasn't to heavy for her to use and it cleaned her lino floor well. My only criticism is that the wipes come out of the packet soaking wet so you have to be quick putting them on the mop as you end up with a puddle on the floor!

I have given two of the vouchers to my daughters and one other to my friend.
The remaining seven are unusable due to the leakage from the wet cloth box .
Apparently this is a common problem on delivery of this product, so better packaging is required , especially for ordering online .

Used the mop yesterday on kitchen floor , was ok but not great . I don't believe it was a true test for it as cloths have started to dry up .
Will be doing the bathroom floor later , this time using a cloth that came as a sample in the sealed bag ( pack of three ) that was included with the mop in the starter kit .

Also no plastic lid for box included was missing on delivery so had to transfer to a plastic bag to retain any moisture that was left , not ideal .

So pleased with the new flash speed mop nice and light and easy to use and gets in all the small places other mops can’t. The lemon scent is such a nice fresh scent that leaves the rooms smelling lovely. Most importantly it leaves yous floors nice and clean with no smear. It’s now my new favourite cleanin gadget and will be buying more when finished.

I love it!!!! It smells great. The handle comes in 3 pieces so can be stored in small spaces or it can be hung up. Really easy to get underneath and around furniture. It brings up the dirt & grime better than a normal mop.
