Just had an email from my Hermes saying your parcel was delivered today at 1.41 but I have no parcel trying to get in touch with them believe this must be my mop but impossible to contact any ideas ?

I’ve received my mop and very impressed with it . When it arrived the box was battered but the contents inside were ok , unfortunately I didn’t receive any vouchers , the insiders guide or the Flash Cards . Could these be sent to me please

Have been cleaning all my hard floors today. Absolutely fabulous results, was so quick and easy, able to reach under the bed with no problem and also manovered around the tiled bathroom with no problem. Will be putting the cleaning solution on my next shopping list as it smell fabulous. Have been around to some of my friends to post them a voucher, followed by a phone call telling them to get out and buy this super mop if they want really clean floors

My comment is slightly later than could been, but my comments are positive. This mop is very easy to use, the floors looks wonderful and smell fresh and clean .Floor cleaning from now on will be a pleasure to do, no mess, no more wet floors waiting to walk on. This mop scores 100%

Oh my! I have such clean floors!! Not only is it so easy to put together it actually works. I was disgusted when I looked at the cleaning pad afterwards (Although I had purposely not cleaned my floors while I waited for the delivery). It is so easy to use, and even after I dropped a tray of roast potatoes on floor yesterday it cleaned up the mess perfectly! So pleased.

Wow O Wow ! I absolutely love this mop. I have hardwood floors throughout the house and normally struggle constantly trying to clean the mop head before I clean the next room. Well I can honestly say I did not struggle with this mop. It’s an absolute freeze to put together .... infact my 7 year old did it. The mop has cleaned my floors brilliantly. I was shocked to see just how mucky they actually were despite me cleaning them the day before. The amount of muck the disposable cleaning pad trapped was really unbelievable. The cleaning solution not only smells fresh but it also doesn’t leave any residue on the floors like some cleaning solutions do. I am absolutely thrilled with this mop. Even my little boy likes getting involved with the cleaning now just so he can use the mop. Thank you supersavvyme you have actually changed my life 😘

O M G I LOVE IT I just couldn't waite to RIP the box open and try my Flash power mop and I must say it's great it leaves the floor looking so clean and it smells realy fresh I'm sure my friends will be very impressed when I tell them

Mine arrived box battered but goods ok, found it difficult to put likes together as very tight had to get the wd40 out, much better than the other flash mop, the new power mop don't leave the floor sopping wet like the flash mop did, and this one is easier to move ,

Thanks for letting me test this mop. Very easy to assemble and made cleaning the floors a breeze, much quicker than my usual mop & bucket. Easy to control spray system which does not leave your floors sodden, so a much quicker drying time. My floors are now sparkling ✨ clean and smell so fresh. Couldn’t believe how much dirt the pads picked up 😳 certainly did it’s job.

Flash power mop finally arrived about 10 days after I was told by delivery company that they would be delivering to me. So excited could not wait to open it, had fun putting it together. Within an hour I had cleaned my kitchen, bathroom & bedroom floors. Being lightweight meant I did all the rooms in one go, instead of having to do one at a time. Great product for anyone who has mobility/physical issues. Due to lockdown I couldn’t have anyone in the house to show of the product. So instead I’ve been loaning out so my family & friends can try it out. When they gave it back I gave them all a money of voucher. So far 3 people have now purchased this product. By far the best mop I’ve ever had.

I have really enjoyed testing this mop. It is so quick and easy to use, old fashioned mop and bucket thrown away now, power mop is the way to go
