Clearblue

The info you need to share your Clearblue story online

We want you to feel confident when your share your Clearblue journey to your socials (whether you’re TTC or just trying to better understand your monthly cycle), so consider this your go-to guide for all the handy do’s and don’t. This blog will be live for the entirety of the project so check back whenever you could use a quick refresher. We’ll be here and waiting to help!

✅ Firstly, the very important do’s

  • Introduce Clearblue early, say hi and let people know you’re working with Clearblue in the first 2-3 seconds, and keep the branding visible too.
  • Use the right hashtags. Always include AD and #ClearbluePartner in both your caption and on-screen text. In your captions use the hashtags #ClearblueSmiles, #ClearblueJourney, #ClearbluePartner, #savvycircle, and tag @clearblue, and @supersavvymeofficial
  • Show the product in context and film or photograph in a realistic setting (like your bathroom or bedroom) and, when you show the test, ensure it’s placed horizontally.
  • Get permission first and make sure anyone appearing in your content has agreed (including both parents if children are featured).
  • Follow the leaflet and always use the product as directed.
  • Reach out to us if your friends or followers ask for health advice or specific product details. We’ll check with the experts to help you help others.

❌ And now for the all-important don’ts

  • Don’t feature any other brands, please and stay away from hospitals, or medical branding.
  • Don’t talk about Clearblue competitors. Keep it Clearblue and stay away from mentioning other fertility, ovulation, or pregnancy tests and any apps or contraception.
  • Don’t reference celebrity gossip, politics, or any sensitive or controversial topics. Similarly, don’t mention drugs, religion, sorcery, conspiracy theories, or use innuendo. This is a safe and neutral space. Keep the focus on Clearblue. 💙

Don’t respond to questions about the small tablet found inside Clearblue pregnancy tests. These do not contain the morning after pill (known as Plan B in the US).
