Time to share our first impressions

Now that we've begun testing Ariel PODS® and witnessed outstanding stain removal in a cold wash, it's time to let people know what we think with some powerful posts and pictures! We've come up with a few tips to get you going and help you win of the 10x £50 TESCO vouchers awarded to the 10 most creative participants at the end of the project.

Tips for your fist posts

  1. 3...2...1...ACTION!

    Film an Instagram Reel, a TikTok or a video for any other platform, in which you are explaining how it's best to run a cold wash. Show your followers how you dial down to 30°C or lower on your washing machine, pop your Ariel POD® in the drum, add your clothes and finally enjoy the outcome - fresh and brilliantly clean, even in a cold wash.

  2. Stunning statics

    If you are the expert of static posts rather than videos, clear the background (remove any other brands), find the best light (natural light is the best), place Ariel PODS® on top of your washing machine or a stack of folded laundry and snap a few pics. You can add some props too, but NEVER remove the PODS from the package - they should remain in the box until it's time to use them!

  3. Sweet selfies

    We love simple selfies and nothing says it better than a smile. Selfies also bring so much more life to photos so grab your Ariel PODS® box (don't remove the PODS®!) and get snapping!

  4. Let your voice be heard

    Use the caption to tell your friends and followers about your favourite things about Ariel PODS®. Is it the fact that you can achieve the same result in a cold wash AND save on your washing machine energy bills? Are you loving the brilliant clean? Are you a big fan of the scent? Just think about what you appreciate about it and use your own words, but remember to keep your captions short and snappy.

  5. Use the hashtags and report back to WIN

    Our final tip is to always use #ad, #WashColderChallenge, #savvycircle, @supersavvymeofficial and @joyofclean in your captions. Once you posted, don't forget to report back your post via the Online Report Tool or the Photo Upload Tool for a chance to win one of 10x £50 TESCO vouchers.

Great pods. Quick and easy to use. I washed on a 30°, everything came out clean, no stains. They smell lovely too.

I’m impressed by the results. Never thought I’d be able to get clean and stain free clothes at 20°.

So, it seems my machine doesn't have a 30 degree was setting. My normal was is a 60 degree or in summer a 40 degree cycle. I tried a 20 degree setting instead and have to say I'm impressed! It cleaned better than I was expecting and as expected, the fragrance on the clothes after the wash was great.

Loved using the Ariel Pods on a 30*C as it will save me money in the long run and also they removed staining on some clothing I had, smell amazing.

I've always associated heat with washing machines so it's going to take some time to get used to washing in just warm water but pleased wirth the results so far

Unfortunately I have not had the best results. The capsule seems to have got stuck in a gooey mess on my some of my clothes. Don’t know why as everyone seems to of had no issues.

Very pleased with Ariel pods, cleaned better than powder and I didn’t have messy draw to clean .

So first impressions of the product were that I loved the easy to use and effective packaging the fact that it clicks and is recyclable is massive steps compared to previous hard plastic packaging. The product smelt amazing as you took it out of the box and on a normal wash that I’m just freshening up clothes without any stains it worked really well and left my clothes smelling amazing.

Finally got to open the box and use the capsule…the new packaging is so much easier to use than the plastic boxes.
The results were amazing on a 30 degree wash, I was really surprised.

the more I use them, the more I love them. I have yet to find a stain that it doesn't destroy! The scent is lovely too. Ariel have not lost anything by going down to 20degrees. Well done Ariel.
