I could wear white trousers during my period because my current pad prevents leaks, unlike others I've used before. They also let me sleep well at night without waking up because of leaks. When travelling to Portugal, I took these pads with me, and I can walk, play, and run with my baby comfortably and without worries. Totally recommended
