My reaction to Always Pads Ultra was really positive. They’re easy to use and feel reliable, which makes a big difference. If anything, I’d just say improving breathability a bit more could make them even better, but overall I was impressed.

These are now my new go to pad I like that it has the sticky on the back part to hold firm in place it makes all the difference in securing the pad for a comfortable leak free nights sleep.

Highly recommend these, I have a brand new mattress and was worried about leaking with my next period. However these pads are such a great size I had no leaks at all, I normally find wearing a pad overnight extremely comfortable & i often get sore from rubbing. But actually I forgot I was wearing one and just slept through with no movement at all! I will definitely be buying these again!

I’m really impressed with how reliable they are. From the first use, they gave me a strong sense of protection, especially overnight. They stay in place well and I never felt the need to constantly check or worry about leaks. That peace of mind alone makes a big difference, and these definitely delivered on that front.

One of the biggest positives for me is that I didn’t experience any leaks at all. Even on heavier nights, the absorbency held up perfectly and the pad kept everything contained. For something that’s meant to offer night‑time security, they really do live up to the promise.

The only downside I noticed was that the pad could sometimes feel a bit wet on the surface, even when it wasn’t anywhere near full. It didn’t affect the protection, but it did affect comfort slightly. The absorbency works, but the top layer doesn’t always feel as dry as I’d like.

Overall, I’d happily buy these again — especially if they’re on a good offer. They’re reliable, thin, and protective, and they do exactly what they’re meant to do. A little improvement to the surface dryness would make them perfect, but as they are, they’re still a solid and trustworthy choice for night‑time use.

I really do like these pad for heavy flow night times the sticky part at the back of the pad is a excellent idea for the secure hold in place so no moving around when your sleeping and the wings as well the only thing is I found was you can only put them so far forward because of the wings and I found I had a bit of a leak at the front on night because I slept on my tummy and it leaked off the pad, but other that that they are brilliant and I will be using them more.

Really impressed with these. I was a bit sceptical given how thin they are, but don't let that fool you, they held up brilliantly overnight with zero leaks. Felt secure the whole time, which is exactly what you want when you're trying to sleep rather than worrying.

Comfortable too, barely noticed I was wearing one. Would definitely recommend if you want night time cover without feeling like you're wearing a duvet.

Always Ultra Night 6 has a very good size and shape. It provides excellent coverage at both the front and back, helping prevent leaks no matter what sleeping position you're in.

However, on the first night, when my flow was heavy, I experienced a small side leak in the middle section. That may have been because I didn't position the pad correctly. It didn't happen again on the second night.

Overall, the size is excellent. It feels very comfortable, doesn't feel bulky in your underwear, and doesn't irritate the skin. It can also be comfortably worn during the day because it's discreet and not noticeable under pants.

My only suggestion would be to improve the absorbency in the center area for times when the menstrual flow is very heavy.

Always Ultimate Night great period pad ever. I can’t believe I didn’t change my pad during the night. It is a long pad that it might feel a little uncomfortable to begin with but then it adapted so well to your area. I did not have any irritation and of course no leaks. I fully recommend this pad for those who have very heavy flow 🩸
