Purchased my always pack with my coupon. Staff at superdrug was confused if the coupon was allowed for the big pack when the picutred product was a single pack. Luckily got the lady to read the coupon card properly and purchase for £1 was done

Just been into my local Superdrug and they have a lot of Always Platinum but NOT the Big Packs. When the staff scanned the coupon on the normal Platinum packs it deducted £1 off the full price instead of leaving £1 to pay. So I was unable to get a pack to test at the moment. Very disappointed 😔

@wootty1965 same is the case with me, I couldn’t find required pack. There was nothing I could have bought. I will try again next week, hope I will find at least number 3 I wanted number 4 or 5 though.

I have tried always platinum with money off coupon paid £1. It's nothing special just like normal always period pads, no extra protection at all, it moved to one side and it stained my pants and clothes. I would not buy it again. Thank you

I’m really disappointed. I went to two stores, and they said they hadn’t seen a coupon like that; the best they could offer was a £1 discount, not the "try it for £1" deal.

My Superdrug store didn’t recognise the coupon and took ages to work out how to offer the deal. I nearly had to just leave the whole things as it seemed so complicated. After all the faff, they decided to keep the welcome section too so now I don’t have my QR code to scan! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Been to my local superdrug and used my voucher to purchase the big pack of Always platinum 🥰 nice pads with a very soft lining. Feel comfortable when on and confident of no leaks.

Difficult experience getting the product from Superdrug as they didn’t recognize the coupon. Finally after lots of staff were involved they let me have the size 3 for £1.
Product is standard for a heavy pad but wouldn’t hold a really heavy day as would push back through from other side. Didn’t find it kept smells in either.

When I tried to use the voucher in superdrug last week, it didn't go through automatically, so she manually reduced the amount, so that I only paid £5. Great product, with a lovely scent. The sanitary pads is so long and wide.

I got the size 5 heavy flow night ones as that’s the time that I’m more likely to leak heavy, I couldn’t faulted them as I only changed the towels once in the middle of the night where as normally it’s usually 2 or 3 times.

Went to my local Superdrug, not somewhere I usually shop and they don’t sell the big pack. The next nearest Superdrug is 30 miles away, so coupon has gone in the recycling. Don’t think I’ll bother with coupon projects again as this put me off.

Had a very embarrassing trip to Superdrug trying to redeem this voucher!! It took 3 store colleagues to try and sort it out and almost died of embarrassment when the man was saying over his headphones about a woman trying to get some always pads for £1 when everyone was in the queue waiting to be served 🫣 luckily i got them in the end but what an ordeal 🤣

I am disappointed that when I went to Super drugs actually it was total confusion I purchased the Big pack and when I gave her the coupon she said and I quote mind you will pay full price and get a pound taken off I said no no I would get them for a pound she said no voucher was incorrect wording not happy I had to pay to test these pads

Well this coupon was no good after 20 minutes and 4 staff members and a manager it would not go through I felt like I was being treated like I was stealing the pack of size 4 pads, it was so embarrassing the way the staff look at you is horrible I will definitely never try and use a coupon again because I don't ever want to experience that again thank you supersavvy.

Thanks for the voucher it took me so long to get my hands on size 4 or 5 as it wasn’t available in my local superdrug and when I finally found the size they made me wait for 15-20 mins keep calling the manager and going back and forth as i was doing something wrong 🫤 it was a bit embarrassing hope you work on this if you send us vouchers thanks

I emailed Daniel about the confusion regarding the coupon last Saturday as he is the one to get in touch with if you have any queries regarding this project however he has not acknowledged my email which is very disappointing because I would like to know why some coupons were accepted and some not

Reading comments on here, I completely agree with those that had the same issue as me, it was a super embarrassing process. I didn’t mention in my earlier comment that I too had multiple staff members trying to offer the deal and talking about it with other colleagues over the headsets in front of a queue of customers. I too would probably avoid the coupon options in the future.

I can relate to what others have mentioned! Using the coupon was a bit tricky, and I found the staff to be less helpful than I hoped. It would be fantastic if we could use the coupon at places like Boots or supermarkets that offer self-service. That way, we could avoid any awkward moments!
