Six of us are members of the local health club and join in the group exercise classes twice a week. To be honest I`ve often been worried about leaks during classes - especially when we`re supposed to add a few jumps to our routine! I`ve given all the coupons to my gym friends and yesterday we all tried the Always Discreet pants for the first time. They are great: comfortable and confidence giving. One suggestion: perhaps make a smaller size for petite women as two of our `testers` found them a big big. overall though 10/10 from all of us

I was surprised how they fitted so well and not so noticeable considering how much they absorb
I have bladder issues which are worse sometimes more than others so like to have options depending on how I am each day and how far I may have to travel have no or little toilet access
I would feel confident to travel with these as had a larger accident when couldn’t get to toilet on time as people where eating and no leaks so great so far

More confidence wearing the maximum protection during strenuous gym work(when leakage happens most) and for more confidence black is the best colour when in changing rooms.

I'm happy that I've shared the vouchers with friends of the same age (and problem!) . Tesco have accepted the voucher, and they are very happy to try out the free pack. It's no coincidence that we all had our babies around the same time, have all (mostly) grown older together and now most experience similar issues and we find we need 'wee' a bit of 'protection'.

They can keep them on when they are out and if they have leaks When they are out, and feel Confidence with Always and they will be my first choice has I have to we’re them all the time day and night

They have helped me so much. I can go to the gym with confidence now. Is anyone having issues using the vouchers? I gqve one to mum and nan and friends but they have tried several boots and tesco to use them. Most dont have tgem in stock, one boots wont accept them. Only 1 tesco accepted it.

Sizing has been an issue. I’m a size 16 so chose “L” (16-24) but there is so much bulk. I should have opted for M ( 10-16). Seems that size 16 ladies should fit BOTH sizes???

These have been amazing especially at night. For some reason I've been having more leaks during the night when I'm sleeping. This is because I'm dreaming I'm using the toilet and I've actually let go in my sleep. These have held up well. They've stopped any leaks escaping and have absorbed the moisture right in. The only issue I have is the size I wish I'd of gone for a small and not medium

I have continur=ed to use the pantie. They are roomy and easy to put on. I love the feel of the fabris. The pads are really absobant. The only problem I havve is thatt the pad is feels bulky at the back

I’ve passed some vouchers to friends, but today I went to Tesco to get three packs for friends who only shop locally. I have passed on the packs and they are delighted to receive and will try, test and report back. One comment is that £10 is a lot to outlay at a time in these tight monetary times. The suggestion of packs of five would be good.

I given vouchers to my neighbour she was so happy as she has arthritis And does use nappies pants. He does help alot with menopause and bladder leaks as it keeps us smelling clean and fresh on daily basis. Thank you for the voucher, I am able to get out and be confident in myself.

Well I've worn the pack of pants now and have loved them. Very comfortable and reliable. I've been shopping today and have purchased some. Trying them gave me the opportunity to see just how good they are. I prefer them to using pads.

Sorry Always but great that lots of women are loving these. I'm afraid I've found them very disappointing and not a patch on my usual pads. I've found them too big and bulky; uncomfortable to wear; definitely not discreet (far too much VPL at the leg openings and up the middle of my buttocks). Their absorbency let me down on 7 occasions and I used the last pair to try a test against my usual pads. They didn't come out well. I'm left with 7 days worth of laundry, the reluctance of friends to accept the vouchers for a product I can't recommend and just the relief that I was at home for the two days it took me to get through the lot. Always do make something prettier in a pant in their Boutique variety but ask yourself one major question. If you're going on a night out and want to wear trousers, do you want to have the take these off in a public loo to change your undies or is it preferable to slip the wet pad out and put a dry one in? After all, the pad won't be any bulkier than these things are and it's a much faster changing process.
Hope my experience has been useful for Always. I'm glad so many others have found them more useful than I did.

I received my pants a few days ago and was excited to try them out.
I've suffered with bladder issues since my hysterectomy, when I was in my early 20s.
That was over 25 years ago.
Back then, normal period pads were the only thing that was really available. Anything else was big and bulky and uncomfortable, not to mention expensive. And when you're a younger adult, you don't want to be wearing nappies.

Over the years my health deteriorated and I suffered a stroke in my early 30s, this caused me to have serious incontinence issue and I had no control for a long time.
Using huge pads was costly and embarrassing, I totally lost all confidence and pretty much stayed home. These types of panties were not available back then.
Over the years pads have become better, cheaper, and smaller.
Since seeing these panties advertised, I've always wanted to try them, but because of the price, i was always afraid I wouldn't like them and it would have been a waste of money.
I jumped at the chance to trial these and was happy I was selected.
I used my first pair at night.
Night time is when I have most accidents. I never seem to get to the toilet in time, due to my mobility issues.
Looking at them at first, I didn't think they would fit, but they did. Not only did they stretch nicely, but felt strong enough that they wouldn't tear. To top it off, they felt soft and were not tight around the leg holes.

I'm happy to announce, that these panties held up well during the night.
No leaks, well I did, but the panties didn't.

The only downside to these is that I couldn't wear them out during the day. They did show through my leggings and I was extremely conscious about it.

But I shall carry on wearing these through the night and the days I'm at home and certainly the times when I'm not feeling well.

I most definitely will share my experiences. It's just a shame these are still quite expensive for some. If the price was reduced, I'm sure ladies in my predicament would buy them more often.

I'd like to give these a 10 out of 10 for comfort and durability.
A 6 out of 10 for wearability, and a 6 out of 10 for price.
Overall excellent product!

Packs of small, medium and large Always Discreet Pants purchased with coupons at a main Tesco Superstore. Lots of stock. The ladies were especially delighted to be able to take different sizes to try. The feedback was that the absorbency was very adequate. The pants body was comfortable, but inevitably bulky around the gusset area. Some liked a very tight fit, some a more comfortable eased fit. The main question was do Always offer a postal sample to avoid buying a pack of ten the wrong size.

All ladies delighted to be in the trial.

These have absolutely changed my life, I'm 40 and had to have an emergency hysterectomy last year which left me with nerve damage causing incontinence which I have recently started physio for. These have given me my confidence to wear my leggings again and feel like a younger lady instead of an old before my time woman in a big nappy! They fit and feel like knickers and have zero leaking

Comfortable and very absorbent. I am a size 16/18, and wore the large size. My mother is a size 22, and fit her comfortably too.
I've tried many brands before, some rip when pulling up and down, (nothing to do with size) but these were fine.
Good for heavy absorbancy without worrying about leaks. Does not look bulky when worn.

Wish you did a bigger size as a cancer patient and having lost a lot of pelvic floor flexibility due to radiation and being in a wheelchair I can’t always get there in time and often find myself leaking with no warning despite physio I’ve been desperate to try these but they’re a lot of money if they don’t fit or work I’d of loved the opportunity to try them and look forward to reading every single comment from “normal” older women despite how they came about the issue it’s massively affecting a huge proportion of women across the world not only the uk and definitely needs To be talked about more I’m starting a blog soon and these woudl of been high on my list or recommend or try! But a larger “PLUS SIZE” project would I know for a fact go a long way to increasing your sales
