Hi, these have been tried by a family member, who has been really impressed with the product and it's now their preferred choice. They state the fit is better than other products, which makes them work more effectively. I've also shared this feedback and coupons with 2 other people who are also trying them. I am really disappointed with the samples. They are bulky and uncomfortable. I use always regularly and these are definitely not an improvement.
Unfortunately I haven't shared with others as I don't want to put them off the brand.
I would like to say thank you for the opportunity to be part of this test and would happily test any improved products to compare.

Used these on a long coach trip. They were fantastic. Was nice to have the confidence that I would arrive at destination without any embarrassing leaks. Super product.

I have already shared my comments and views on here, would like to add that the style is off putting, it does the job which is great but on the whole felt bulky and the pad just showed too much, I’d prefer something more discreet and less nappy looking like - a different colour maybe or make pad less visible - An easier distinction between front and back would also be helpful, whilst the leg is higher at the front it’s not over obvious, a simple detailing could fix this.

Ive been back in hospital with an infection. I was so grateful for the knickers I felt clean and secure. I’m a size 12 and a small would have been a better fit I think. No leaks. No odour. I’m changing brands from the other leading brand. Thank you.

These made me feel so confident ..no leaks as other brands i would leak out off ..these have been a life saver as post partum bleeding isnt the funniest off things and these were comfy

I’ve given my vouchers to my neighbours after having a coffee morning.

Personally I did not like the pants I did not find them well fitting at all. I find the always discreet pads more comfortable

The last few months I have been having physio for my pelvic floor It has helped. So ladies and gents don’t forget to squeeze your pelvic floor

These are great for chilling in at home but I would not go out in them as it would look like I have a nappy on and just lower my confidence but if your using these for home it’s great . It leaves you stress free of leakages and I can even sleep in then and don’t have the dread of waking up to having to change my pad . These are great for at home but would not recommend if going in public in them . I have given some vouchers to my friends and they feel the same aswell .

Tested the product and handed out the vouchers. I found the product too bulky to wear for work, the showed through what I was wearing. Had problems with it absorbing a large amount of urine. Will use the rest of them at home. I much prefer other always discreet products and will continue to use them. The others who had the vouchers also found the product more bulky than other always discreet products. It's been a good opportunity to test a new product, but I won't be buying them.

Very happy with the product as were my friends l shared the coupons with, l found the pants comfortable & suited to my needs. We liked the absorbency & found it to be better than others we had tried. Slightly scented too which was nice.. My only concern was the difficulty we had redeeming the coupons in Boots as when we got to the till coupons were not being accepted initially.

Excellent product. I didn't find them too bulky. Discussed with my other friends and handed out the vouchers. Having some problems finding a boots that stock the size I need. Will definitely buy them again

I agree with the other comments that these were too bulky. Looked like I was wearing a nappy and wouldn't go out wearing them. I've wore the original Always Discreet and they're great. Feel confident that they don't show under trousers.

I found these so comfortable, so much better than bulky pads , I've been on days out and not worried about any leakage. I have so much more confidence to go out and do things now, these really are a game changer for me. I gave some vouchers to a friend and a family member and I had the same feedback, comfortable and reliable! Thank you so much for giving me the opportunity to try these , they've made such a huge difference.

Sorry.Wish I could say that I liked this product and would buy it again but I can't. I found the pad to be way too bulky under clothing ,so there's no way I would wear it out in public. The fit also wasn't great it seemed to be very short in the body and didn't fit well at the legs so I experienced a bit of leakage. Agree with others that it's hard to tell difference between back and front. I personally prefer your always discreet boutique as they seem a better fit for me. Have passed out coupons but friends having problems finding product and or getting the coupons redeemed.Thank you for the oppurtunity to test these but sorry its a no from me. I will continue to buy my usual Always pads and the boutique pants as they meet my needs better.

These are really effective ... I tried some myself, and also gave some to a friend who loves using them. After 18 months of waiting for proper help with my bladder issues, I was finally put on some daily meds which have worked extremely well, so I won't be needing to use these (keeping some for 'just in case'.

These Always Discreet aren’t my favourite. I went for large as my clothes sizing is within that range. They were too big around the bottom and were saggy which made me feel uncomfortable as they looked like I was wearing a nappy when I had trousers on. I did like that they absorbed leakage quickly and I didn’t smell of wee, if I was out and couldn’t change quick enough. Unfortunately I won’t be buying them again.

enjoyed using this when out and about there was no rushing with a walking stick to find the nearest conveniences, felt relaxed and fits well , no smell and felt dry on skin was able to take it slowly doing my shopping, the only sad bit was that my neighbours just like me were unable to redeem the vouchers I gave them, tesco would not accept them and our boots did not have any in stock, would be nice if other supermarkets are included on the voucher, how else do we promote this brand.

Very mixed reviews Good absorbency but very bulky. A couple of those I shared coupons with also reported leaks

Mixed feedback, absorbs well but too bulky. Also it's unfortunate, cannot share vouchers any further as none of the boots are accepting them. I have tried my local boots they don't accept voucher, boots closer to bank station have no stock and don't accept them . It's a shame that my friends gave them back saying they can't use the vouchers.

Tried and tested. They are nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them and have done to My friends and family. . They are ok if your not a heavy leaker .

My apology, but I find these pants slipping down on my bum. Don't think it is made for women who are blessed in the back side. It is also very bulky under my trousers. I feel s3lf conscious wearing it, always thinking it's showing through my trousers.

On the plus side, there is no smell when I leak, even when wearing it for over 8hrs.

I was hesitant to trial these as I have severe Bladder problem, i found the product bulky and the sizing are not good. This also resulted in leakages. At this moment  i would not recommend this.

Very impressed with this sample and usually use this brand, pleased sizes fit well, the only downside was felt more bulky but once used to it was fine especially for long road journeys, plus myself & my two friends that need these were both impressed & we have a very long road journey coming up next bank holiday now with out worries!

Used them but had mixed reaction to them. Worked well on a 13 hour shift but really created a lot of perspiration on my lower back which was not absorbed by the pants material. Absorbent in the gusset but the elastic edges fray easily. They give me confidence when normal long continence pads fail but are tricky to dispose of. There needs to be a way of wrapping them to minimise space and odour in a bin, even inside a happy sack. Pregnant and menopausal colleagues have found them useful but bulky and unflattering. Too visible under leggings due to the ripple effect on the pants.

Hello, we to have struggled to get vouchers accepted at Boots, this has now been rectified but it took a staff member a supervisor and a manager. I thought boots would have been ready and prepared for this when they knew they were issuing lots of vouchers, Disappointed with Boots. However back to the product, and yes I think being available in another colour or range of colours would be great, Product still acts as advertised.

I have found these very discreet to wear, as it can be quite embarrassing having stress incontinance. They definitely took the worry out of having to find a WC in a hurry for sure. I shared the coupons with some close friends , so hopefully they are going to try them as well

I am very impressed with them. I have a brain disease and have totally no control of my bladder. These pants are very absorbent and I have had no leaks even overnight . I think they are bulky though and I was a bit paranoid that they showed under my jeans. I think that the crotch could be a bit narrower. Also one of those self sealing tabs on the back to enable rolling up to dispose of would be a good idea like some other brands have .

I’ve found this product great, it really is very absorbent which is very helpful especially overnight. One thing I did have a little trouble with was some leaking on the sides. Not sure is just an issue with how much I move during the night as opposed to the pants itself. This has been a great product to try and will deffo recommend to others and use again myself

I wore a pair of these today when visiting a friend in hospital. Hospital loos are notoriously hard to find when you need to go immediately
Although bulky, they certainly did their job. I felt comfortable and odour free

Ok so I’m a mum of 4 who loves to run to keep fit but my trouble is that I’m a bit leaky to say the least! It seems after baby number 4 my body can no longer run down hill and control my bladder! Most recently I’ve been embarrassed as I’ve had a full bladder empty on my long run 😐🥴 I’ve been using these pants and I can honestly say they’ve been a game changer! They’re discrete so non-one knows I’m wearing them, even with my Lycra shorts on! They’re super absorbing so even when I go on long runs and I have more than a small leak, I finish up my run feeling dry and confident! I’ve tried shop owners brand pants before but they leave me with chafe grazes in my groin, but the material of these pants is soft and kind to my skin! I would absolutely recommend these to any one in my situation!

Gave the vouchers away. Tried them myself and didn't like them, found them too bulky and showed when wearing them for work, which made me more self-conscious. The other people who tried them also found them bulky to wear. Will not use these again but will use other always discreet products.

Fabulous product, great fit, does as it says on the packet. Only downside despite visiting my local boots, which is 20 miles away, I failed at locating stock to make use of vouchers.

I have liked using this product and it does help me to feel more confident about any leakage because I know that the product is going to take care of it. My only issue with this product is that I can’t get any at my local Boots store because they don’t stock it and if I could have gotten it somewhere else that would be great.
