Used them for 1st time last night and had zero leaks which was very reassuring as my bladder problems are worse at night,especially if waking up from a sleep. Pants were a little confusing as to which way round they go perhaps they could mark back on the back of them? Absorbency was good.Pants felt a little bulky but as I was wearing them to bed that wasn't an issue. Will have to try them under my usual attire to see if they are noticeable. Overall 1st impression is good. Pity Boots are being so awkward regardin coupons.Maybe Asda would have been a better option.

Tried these last night and was impressed with the comfort and that they kept me dry. They were breathable but I did find them a little chunkier than expected once on. I am yet to try them daytime so cannot comment yet but overall pretty happy with these. Haven't tried coupons yet but not sounding like many good experiences so far

Packaging was discreet.
The size for me is correct, but the material as cutting into my groin. I also found the back keep slipping down, which I felt uncomfortable.

Monday was first trial day. Had a bit of a panic as I was desperately in need of the toilet but it was occupied. My bladder wasn’t in waiting mode and totally emptied. I had a little panic but I was amazed that the pants managed to hold that amount of fluid without leaking.
Tuesday had a similar sort of scenario but not quite in the same league as Monday but still a bit of a wet mess and again no leaks. I’m sure I’m going to have the confidence to go out without panicking over finding a toilet.

I’m afraid these don’t work for me at all. Sizing is fine (large). I have very bad incontinence where I don’t get the signal that I need to go to the toilet. This often results in me standing to go to the loo (after having to set alarms to remind me to go regularly as I get no signal) and then my bladder emptying without control. There is another similar well known brand that also suffer from the same problem for me - they don’t absorb fast enough so flooding occurs and they leak through the legs. The legs aren’t “tight” enough or have enough protection to prevent this.

I have a very good idea of what would help with this but have yet to find a company that are doing it - “boy short “style legs would work well for this, along with the high waist as heavy flow liquid rises up in the pants at the front before being absorbed.

I had high hopes for these, but my very first use on standing I had leaking all down my legs soaking my PJ bottoms entirely.

I’m also not a big fan of the perfume on them. I understand why always use perfume with a lavender smell as it will, of course, mask any smell. We know this from old ladies of yore who smelt of lavender or rose.

Given that incontinence can exasperate UTI’s and that we are always advised to NOT use perfumed soaps (PH balancing is off and the unique protective flora of the area is destroyed leading to UTI’s / cystitis etc) I was a bit taken aback that they are “perfumed” and contain a “lotion” of some sort according to the pack.

Positives about them are that they are soft, feel
less plasticky than the other leading brand and fit nicely.

I look forward to the day a manufacturer thinks outside the box of “incontinence = old people” and considers making “boy short” legs (with extended absorbing padding into the legs) to prevent leakage - perhaps stretchy mesh style like the ones they dish out in UK hospitals.

The NHS hospital ones aren’t the least bit attractive but I have to admit that stretchy mesh boy shorts style and the full pads do really work and no leaks!

It’s a shame these don’t live up to the hype for me, and I’m sure for light to medium leaks they are fab, however for full on bladder control loss or loss of sensation leading to no signal when your bladder is full, I would avoid these as they don’t absorb anywhere near as fast as needed and the leg holes will leak.

Yes, quality is good but I am not finding them comfortable, yesterday I had a ‘day off’ from using them and went back to my usual Always Discreet pack, because the sizing is better (also medium). I can’t cope with it being so wide between my legs.

These are definitely bulkier than others good protection though. Mine fit well but I can’t get over the fact that they are very noticeable when on. It’s also an issue trying to redeem the coupons.

Felt self conscious when wearing as were very bulky and noticeable. I will maybe try smaller size. Did feel comfortable when wearing and very absorbent .

I used my to go on a long car journey with as I get so anxious when travelling, these were so comfy to wear and I had no leaks and didn’t feel wet or uncomfortable in them, I love these and will definitely be using all the time

Just tried mine over the last couple of days
They are very bulky and noticeable when wearing them with trousers which is a shame.
They do the job to a certain extent but if you leak a lot of pee, they don't absorb fast enough and leak down the leg leaving wet patches
I tried the vouchers at my local boots and they wouldn't take them so still yet to use

My parcel came earlier this week. I tried the pants on yesterday for a day out. Absorbency of leaks was really good. They do feel bulky compared to the Always pads which I have used before.

Had trouble finding pants in boots no stock left. The pants are larger than the ones I usually use Always descreet boutique, didn't notice the nice perfume smell. Not quite so comfortable. Bit more bulky. A bit disapointing.

Tried these on and they are very bulky not at all comfortable and very noticeable when wearing trousers. Dont know how well they work because I had to take them off straight away so didn't get to test them out. They look and feel just like babies pull ups.

First time using this brand and was pleasantly surprised, found them a bit too baggy for a Large but wore them anyway, was a bit wary that they were scented as can cause irritation but was okay, wore them on a day out with denims which hid the bagginess of the pants, had a few leaks but the pants handled it no problem and no disasters, liked them a lot but need to get sizing sorted as just too baggy and not fitting properly otherwise I would buy them.

My other half says they have a nice fit for size L and are better the Tena. No leakage on any sort and looks and feels natural through clothing.

I use these quite a lot. Mainly for heavy periods. They have great absortion so I don't have to worry about leaking. They are not too bulky and are very comfortable to wear. Really pleased with them. However, very embarrassed at boots check out trying to use the voucher for a different size. Would not except, caused a massive queue and turned away.

I'm somewhat disappointed. The packet says size 10 to 16 I'm a 12 to 14 and they're too big and a bit on the baggy side. I found them uncomfortable as I soon felt damp. I will not wear them on a daily basis, but I would wear them on long journeys or on days out when I do not have access to toilets.

Having recived these, I noticed they have a slight scent. I opened the packet and checked the size L large . These are really big and fitted smoothly, the waist is very high and are comfortable round the legs . I have been using them at night due to coughing sneezing etc whilst in bed(especially after the bad chesty cold we have all just had and the old pelvic floor muscles bot being what they used to be) . They didn't twist, round stayed the same shape when got up in morning ,I am a size 16-18 and also have night sweats these do seem to be more breathable than others and did not stick to me in the morning , didnt roll down under my tummy like others have done,they have plenty of stretch, not as pretty as others ,slightly see-through where the absorbent padding isn't . Good job so far ,have still got to try them during the day . Friends whome have recently had children etc have all requested coupons and are thrilled at the chance of being able to try them out themselves

I love the other Always Pads/Pants but unfortunately these didn't work for me due to them being scented. I immediately had a reaction as I have sensitive skin. Didn't realise these were scented. I have passed them on to a family member, along with the vouchers as I can't use them for any other Always pants.

I have been incontinent for 60 years and have now found "Always Discreet Maximum Protection" the answer to my problem, these are the most comfortable pants to wear and fit perfectly and I have found if your bladder empties these contain everything without spillage or any leaks so you can wear these with confidence, very impressed.

I have received my pants and I have found as I am a size 24 they are a bit tight and surprisingly bulky. They are ok when used at night but I would not wear them going out in the day, I prefer the pads as they are more comfortable.

Although these were one of the most absorbant iv tried i did need a size smaller they were a little big so went saggy when wet . They were also a little bulky so could see i was wearing it so stuxk to night time usage with them and with a pair of pant on iver the top to stop them sagging i had zero incocldents during the night which is a big fa tor fir me as im going throigh cancer treatment so sometimes getging to the bathroom is a major task on its own . Will definitely try them again in a smaller size and see if thats makes all the difference.

Great pants feel nice and look okay too brilliant do what they say I have to wear them both daytime and night they are very good at holding up when wet better than the NHS ones so from now on I'll be buying always pants so much better for bladder wee moments thanks Joanne

Sorry not posted much as been unwell. Have tried the pants and have to admit whilst they are absorbent the sizing is a bit off. I received the large which is meant to fit up to a size 24. I'm a size 20 and have to admit I felt these pants were very bulky at the front and not deep enough in the body. On one occassion I put my fingers through the back part of them whilst trying to pull them up. Going on the past few days I have to say the Always Discreet boutique seem to be a better fit for me.These ones are a little too bulky for wearing under clothes but are fine for nightime under my pj's.

I have recieved these and tried them over the weekend, I sad to say that they are a bit snug around the legs and also quite bulky at front. Ok for loose clothing or night wear but not for jeans.

These arrived before I'd even been notified, I was part of the group. I've tried them on and found them to be very bulky compared to other Always Discreet products. They were comfortable in the leg. They are absorbent and held all of the urine from my urge incontinence as I was trying to get to the loo. I have decided not to wear them when going out or for work as I found that they were more noticeable when wearing them. I will wear them when I'm at home. I won't buy these. I have handed my coupons out to others at work, they are pleased to get a product to try. They had no problem with the coupon.

Comfortable and absorbent. I give them 10/10. I have tried other incontinence pants and found these Always discreet pants far superior. They are also lightly scented which l thought was a nice touch. I felt fresh and was pleased they held the urine l passed due to my overactive/ irritated bladder condition. Will buy them as and when my condition causes me to need them.

Iv loved using this product and telling anyone who wants to listen how amazing the pants are how nice they smell witch makes some people look a bit odd at me but I think I may have a new brand of pants since I’m on my last pair 😢

My first thoughts on these are the fragrance when you first get them and open them, I don’t mind it but some might find it a little strong, that said anyone who suffers from urinary problems often feels like there might be an odour associated with it, perhaps then the fragrance is to neutralise any such things.

Telling the from from the back the keg is slightly higher at front - some marking could help this be easier at a glance, the pants themselves did what I wanted but I did feel they looked a bit adult nappy rather than pants, perhaps the colour and the fact the pad part was visible through the pants made me feel this way?

I did feel confident in the product albeit feeling a little bulky it didn’t seem to show under my clothes. I would but again but would prefer black perhaps as a colour or to see it less see through (so pad not so obvious -) they do there job is just prefer something more pant like.

I got on with them okay, slightly bulky and had a few leakage issues. I’d use overnight but not so confident to use in the day due to a few leakage. The fit was fine for me, I couldn’t use the coupons as they wasn’t accepted in store at Boots.

I love these, I wear them when I know I’m going out for the day and not sure if there’s going to be toilets nearby! A few weeks ago I went to London Zoo with my children and grandchildren and I had no concerns about how far the toilet was, nor did I have to stop and cross my legs to allow the urgency to pass, because I felt fully protected in these!
