Let’s talk about something that affects more women than you might think. Bladder leaks happen to 1 in 3 women at some point and yet it’s still a topic many of us feel awkward discussing. We want to change that, and with your help, we can.
Opening up to a trusted friend can make all the difference. It’s time to start the conversation and support each other with confidence. Let’s help more women feel protected and empowered with Always Discreet Maximum Protection.
Did you know? Bladder leak edition
Did you know bladder weakness can be triggered by:
✔️ Pregnancy and childbirth – As the body changes, the pelvic floor can weaken, leading to unexpected leaks.
✔️ Menopause – A drop in oestrogen can affect bladder control.
✔️ Excess weight – Extra pressure on the bladder can make leaks more frequent.
✔️ Strenuous sports – High-impact activities like running and jumping can put stress on the bladder.
Chances are, someone you know could benefit from the extra confidence and protection that comes with Always Discreet Maximum Protection. Once you’ve had the conversation, share your full-value money-off coupons and help your pals to feel more confident. Having difficult conversations, opening up and supporting our friends? THAT’S women power. 💜

They are comfortable and absorb leaks and I think are very good.

Two sisters who are neighbours were delighted to receive the coupons
BUT our local Boots had no small pants. Apparently the assistant said there is no real difference between sizes. Glad they did not accept her option and left

These are an everyday must for me having a bladder problem and I always feel fresh and comfortable when I’m wearing these! There definitely a life saver for me.

I gave my coupons to friends at the bingo and they were pleased with the pants. They said that they would buy them again although not at boots more likely to buy in supermarket. I was pleased with product and would use often as soft and comfortable not bulky to wear.

These are perfect for the Big Knickers brigade like me I wore mine yesterday and found them to give reassurance for those moments when I nearly didnt make it to the loo. Does a terrific job without making you walk like John Wayne in a full nappy!

This product is such a lifesaver, and a perfect confident boost!

Been using this product for a while. Coupons don’t work unfortunately so the family members have dashed them out
mandy59 • 10 months ago
I found them comfortable and absorbent which is very important to me as l have a long term auto immune condition that causes me to have spells of overactive irritation bladder issues. These pants gave me confidence and despite being a full brief l didn’t find them too bulky.
Only problem l had and others l gave coupons to was Boots seem to have a problem accepting the coupons. When l went to redeem my coupon at the till it came up with not accepted several times. After seeking help from a senior sales assistant l finally managed to get the pants but was slightly embarrassed to be stood at a till with people behind me in a queue whilst l got this sorted out.

I have had long term bladder weakness since having chemotherapy. I’ve tried all the brands including shops own brand and so far have not found any that we’re capable of holding a bladder full of wee. Unfortunately the pack I received were too big around the bottom and therefore baggy and bulky which was made worse when my bladder flowed! I tried to buy a smaller size at boots but wasn’t successful in using the voucher so have continued using the larger size. On a plus side they are slightly scented which helps with any odour, which I’m always conscious of, especially when I’m out. I hope the issue with boots can be sorted out as I would like to try the smaller size as I think they could work really well.

I was shocked a week gone Sunday when my son brought an Amazon box upstairs to me
Delighted to see if received a lot of always discreet
I'm in bed I'll at the minute ,but after my bath that night I wore a pair of the always discreet,
Lately through I'll health my incontinence has been worse than normal,if I cough I dribble ,when I get the urge to go to the toilet I trickle,
I found because of my mobility it takes me longer to get out of bed and reach the bathroom by the time I get there my bladder is almost empty, and my pad is soaking wet and very uncomfortable it feels and looks like a babies nappy that has been left in for many hours.which upset me greatly.
I've also found that when I've got back to my bed my cover is set where the water has seeped through the legs on the pants.I've never had this with both pants
Also I suffer from open splits that appear in my groin area and they bleed and I found the elastic round the pants dug into my groin area and made the bleeding worse than normal.I feel if the was some padding round the leg it might stop it from irritating my groin area.
Also I think the pants them selves should be a bit longer in body length as when I lay down the waist would go under my belly fat and irritate my skin making me want to itch down there
I've been very disappointed with these pants and I don't think I will be using them again, the didn't give me confidence to go out with them on in case I have an accident and they leak all over that would really embarrassing me,I'm 71 yrs old and I thank you for letting me try a free pack but they are not for me.

I'm size 18 ,wearing large ,they are very roomy will try a medium ,finding them very comfortable , Always discreet giving me confidence, went out on a four mile walk ,yes had a leak but thankfully the pants didn't and no odour leak either
Jensog • 10 months ago
No leaks or odours. Loving these pants.
sweetchick23 • 10 months ago
I need a bit more leg room. Too tight for me.
On a positive note, no leaks and I'm odour FREE.

What an amazing change for the people I have shared the vouchers with. They were warmly accepted and received and added an extra level of support to their users with feedback that they are comfortable to wear and can’t see them
Wootty1965 • 10 months ago
Just had to get out of bed because of a bout of coughing, but I feel dry after, of course, a slight bladder leak as you get being a post menopausal woman. Wonderful to feel confident and comfortable even in the house especially at night wearing the Always discreet maximum protection pants.
Janet01 • 10 months ago
Well they are comfortable when first put them on but after having a bad coughing fit, although I was glad to find there are no leakage they felt saggy and definitely show when wearing trousers. I have given a couple of vouchers to friends to try. My friends also agree about the sagging. So not as discreet as we would like.

I'm 55 and sad to say that I suffer badly with bladder weakness partly due to various different neuropaties that I suffer from. I have used Always pants regularly in the past and was eager to try these ones but have to say I've been dissapointed in them. The fit is weird and they feel bulky whilst being too short in the body, I've also had leakage with these ones whereas I havent with other pads. I also wouldn't wear these out in public as they're way too noticeable.
mariya • 10 months ago
its quite embarrassing but it really does protect you full leakage coverage
Shaz7 • 10 months ago
I gave my mum, sister & sister in-law a sample & they all said how comfortable they are to wear! I found that there were no leaks or odours of any kind! xx
Shaz7 • 10 months ago
It has definitely given me a confidence boost! xx
Shaz7 • 10 months ago
I swear by these! They are a life saver!!! xx
Napkin • 10 months ago
These are so comfortable! I cannot get over how comfy they are and the reassurance they gave me when out of the house at work has been amazing!
fuerti • 10 months ago
I am about to tomorrow after Easter. This is so wonderful, no more wet nights!
johnernest2 • 10 months ago
Hi I am quite disappointed with the product. It is larger than the Always I use regularly. It looks more like a childs nappie than the usual product of Always that I use.
Maybe the size I received that made it bulky on me.
Tillytots1 • 10 months ago
The product does seem large but, I will say I was confident wearing them. I didn't feel like people could tell I was wearing them. And I didn't worry about leakage as I could how strong they were before wearing
Swarovski • 10 months ago
Yes shared 1 coupen with friend but she's shy at being on camera but she has tried them on and likes them
Swarovski • 10 months ago
I have tried them for two weeks on and off and can say they are good at keeping you dry under clothing but they are very bulky and like a nappy plus not very flattering . I would say they do do the Job.
Hilly • 10 months ago
Always Discreet are excellent. They solve the problem of unexpected leaks etc. They take. a while to get used to and you can't wear tight fitting trousers but at 75 yrs old tight fitting trousers aren't really suitable anyway!I would happily recommend them.
Kathleen • 10 months ago
I have tried these. They are comfortable. But don't protect you if you have a coughing fit and can't control yourself. I would recommend them to people I know. Have handed out the coupons. Waiting on their response. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to test these
theladya • 10 months ago
Sorry but, I found these to be horrid. The size I was sent was huge and they could definitely be seen through clothes. Even the gusset was so wide that it left the pad baggy and the elastic waist band reached almost to my breasts. I tried these in bed and found that they would have been absorbent if they had fitted properly
