I did not receive a mop. This was reported via email and I completed an email survey regarding the delivery issue. Therefore I have scored the mop negatively as I've been unable to test. No replacement was received, as per email correspondence.

Really happy with this mop - has replaced our old bucket and mop. I was one of the people affected by the package damages and feel grateful that the team resent the ones that were damaged so we were still able to test properly. Thanks so much, it was dealt with brilliantly. Chuffed we got to try and are very happy with the results!

Love my flash mop so easy and quick to wipe any spillage. The only thing is the wipes are a bit pricey to buy all the time.

Enjoyed trying this product it’s quick and easy to use and I will continue to use it. Will still use my mop and bucket for a big clean but the flash speed mop I would use inbetween.

Love my flash speed mop! So easy to use and really gives the floor a great clean, smells great too. Really recommend this product and will continue to use it in the future! Handed out all my vouchers too to my friends and family for them to get involved! Thanks for letting me be part of this trial

The Flash Speed mop pads are very absorbent and easy to change. The handle itself quite comfortable to hold while cleaning. Very light, effective and has made my flat smell so fresh got lots of questions what I am using. I have used this mop for windows

It's a shame I could not post anything on my social media about this mop. Just before receiving the parcel, we had a death in the family so everything has been crazy busy and I never got a chance to make reels or take videos. I was so looking forward to making some tiktok reels for this but life just got messy.

Thank you for the opportunity to test this product. It is now a staple in my cleaning cupboard, as it's so versatile and useful. I have brought a new pack of Mrs Hinch wet cloths, and the smell is divine! Thanks again @Savvycircle :-)

Thank you for the opportunity to try this product. I have found it has worked really well although as I have a large kitchen the floor I did need to use two cloths before it was entirely clean. I found the mop head was very manoeuvrable and this helped me to reach into the more awkward places to clean. Just one thing though I do not have a cupboard large enough to store it in the house so it had to stay stood up in the corner of the kitchen which was not really great. If the pole or handle could easily be made smaller ( by bending it over for instance) when not in use I feel that this would make storage easier. As some others have said on here I did struggle to post some pictures online, and also I broke my arm part way through the project !
