Herbal Essences Competition Terms & Conditions

How to enter:

To enter, create a video and send it to us via email to dorina@savvycircle.co.uk for a chance to win one of ten £50 Amazon Gift Cards.

Closing date for receipt of entries is 23:59 on 04/12/2024.

Terms and Conditions

1. This competition is open to individuals taking part in the Herbal Essences project on savvy circle. Participants must be residents in the UK aged 18 years and over, excluding employees of Procter & Gamble UK and its affiliates or agents, the families of such employees and any other person connected to this promotion.
2. No purchase required.
3. Multiple entries will be accepted over the course of the promotion, but the videos submitted must be different. Only one prize will be awarded per Instagram/TikTok Handle.

5. The Promoter will not be liable for applications not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged. Proof of submission is not proof of delivery. Last date for receipt of entries is 04/12/2024.
6. All valid entries received by midnight on 04/12/2024 will be judged by a panel including a representative from Herbal Essences and one representative from a P&G appointed Marketing Agency. Prizes will be awarded to the entrants who, in the opinion of the judges complete the competition as a whole, in the most apt, unique and original way. There will be 10 prizes of £50 Amazon Gift Cards. The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. Only one prize per household.
7. Winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the closing date. In the event the claim for a prize is not received by the Promoter within 14 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner. Please allow 28 days for delivery of prize after claim being received.

9. The judges’ decision is final. Judges will be appointed by the Promoter.
10. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond their control.
11. By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and by any other requirements set out in the promotional material.
