Frequently Asked Questions

If you are new to savvy circle and have been selected for a project, then we’ve provided a little guide on how to make the most out of your participation.

As savvy circle ambassadors, we’re not only testing products, but we are also making an impact! By providing credible testimonials and sharing our experiences online, we’re helping thousands of people all over the UK and Ireland discover new products and make better informed choices. It’s great to have you onboard to help us spread the word and secure your place as one of our savviest ambassadors on our future projects!

Where do I get my project updates?

During the project, we’ll be in regular contact to keep you posted on how to be the best savvy circler you can be.

Here’s how to keep in touch:

  • Emails: Our first point of contact will be by email. We’ll be in touch regularly to let you know when there’s exciting news over on the blog, and we’ll share links and advice on being an active savvy circler - so make sure your email opt-in is enabled! You can check this in your settings.

  • Your personal dashboard: Your member area will be your base throughout this project. From here, you'll be able to access all the project tools to help you share pics, upload social media links, and complete surveys.

  • Project blog: This is where you’ll find all the latest news, and connect with the amazing project team!

Why do I need to report my activity?

If you submit a photo or a URL, you will earn savvy circle stars that will appear on your future applications.

Stars are awarded each time we make certain contributions to a savvy circle project. By submitting publicly visible URLs via Online Reports, and completing project surveys, we increase our star score which shows how active we’ve been on the savvy circle – it could even help us get selected again for the next project. Don’t forget, comments on the blog and snaps on the photo gallery can also help improve our score; the brand teams always award extra stars to comments and photos that stand out.

Important: The total number of your stars is not relevant as we monitor them per project, so don’t worry, you won’t be at a disadvantage! :)

How do I upload photos?

We want to see how you’ve been spreading the word, so make sure you use the Photo Upload Tool, so we don't miss out on your progress with the project.

Photo Upload Tool: Show off your creativity and share your great pics with the rest of savvy circle! Use the photo uploader to share your snaps and they’ll appear in the project's Photo gallery. Here you can share your Facebook or Instagram story snaps with us too, so they don’t disappear after 24 hours.

You will find the Photo Upload Tool on your personal dashboard.

Where do I report my online activity?

Go online and let the world know what you thought of the product. You can share your experiences on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, your personal blog, review sites - basically anywhere!

Once you’ve posted your content, reviews, or personal blog post, share the links with us using the Online Report Tool. If your account is private, or you’ve posted a story, take a screenshot and upload a photo via the Photo Upload Tool instead.

You will find the Online Report Tool on your personal dashboard.

What are URLs?

A URL (also known as a 'link') is the internet address of a website or post. For example, the URL to savvy circle is www.circle.supersavvyme.co.uk.

Make sure your activity gets noticed and we don't miss your contributions to the project, by sending us your URLs via the Online Report Tool.
